I can conduct a mini 'themed' inspection looking at the areas of non-compliance, then work with you to prepare for the next inspection.

Working together, with a timetable, means that you are likely to be ready for the next inspection far more quickly than going it alone.

It also means that between us, we are going to produce better solutions and ideas.... and that will impress the Inspectors.

Empty beds and suspensions

I have worked both as a Local Authority Inspector and with CQC Inspectors. That means I know their language - I know what they are looking for, what responses they expect, and how to get the best from them.

I can liaise with Inspectors to properly identify where the goalpost are... what they are looking for in order to remove the suspension, and then help you to achieve it. Sometimes, when that relationship between you and them has become a little 'fraught', I can act as mediator and get things moving in the right direction again.
